Erratum

In the third sentence of the second paragraph of the section labeled "Discussion," the authors stated: "...would reduce the number of uninsured people by at most 12 percent, or about 5.5 million people." However, the 12 percent figure cited should be 4 percent, and the number of people, 1.8 million. The authors regret any confusion that these errors might have caused.
