An Institutional Online Subscription allows Internet access to
the full content of Health Affairs for all Authorized Users of
the Institution, as defined by the Site License Agreement. All Institutional
Subscribers must agree to the terms of the Site
License Agreement.
Individuals may subscribe at the Individual
level.
Ordering Procedure
- Subscribing to Health Affairs
Online is a two-step process:
First,
you must follow your usual "new serial" ordering procedures
to subscribe to the paper version of Health Affairs, which
also provides access to the online version. Payment
should be made to your subscription agent or directly to Health
Affairs.
Second, once Health
Affairs has received payment, you will receive a letter with instructions
for obtaining access to the online edition; the letter will direct
you to a subscription activation form. You will be asked to provide
the following information necessary to activate your subscription
to Health Affairs subscription:

Institution's IP Address(es)
[CRITICAL INFORMATION ABOUT
IP ADDRESSES -- READ THIS]

Contact name, title, phone, fax, and email

Subscription number (sent via mail, if no e-mail address is provided)
Your
institution will not have access to the full Health Affairs
Online until you complete this second step.
If you are having
access problems...
- Access to Health Affairs Online is now restricted to
subscribers of the journal. If you are having difficulties in accessing
the material, please read the following instructions:

If you are subscribing directly to Health Affairs (not using a vendor), please give us a call at 301-347-3900, or fax us at 301-654-2845 or contact jtucker{at}projecthope.org jtucker{at}projecthope.org and we will assist you. Make sure that
the subscription number we provided you with is available.

If you are subscribing to Health Affairs through a vendor
and the issues are being shipped directly to your address, please
give us a call at 301-347-3900 or fax us at 301-654-2845
or contact jtucker{at}projecthope.org jtucker{at}projecthope.org and we will try to assist you. Make sure that
the subscriber ID number we provided you with is available.

If you are subscribing to Health Affairs through a vendor
and the issues are being sent to them at their collection place,
please call your vendor and ask them to provide us with documentation
that identifies you as a subscriber. Without documentation, you
will not be identified as a paid subscriber and we will not be
able to help you from our office.
