Subscription Rates for Libraries and Institutions

Health Affairs institutional subscriptions are based on tiered pricing, reflecting the type and size of the organization.
An institutional subscription is designated to one geographic location, and includes one print copy and online access for an unlimited number of concurrent users at the location.

Global and consortia licenses are also available.

5. Prices are in US dollars, and must be made in US dollars. Canadian rates are international and include GST. Rates subject to change without notice. EFT and wire transfers are not accepted.
6. The publisher offers 5% commission to subscription agents, except on Site Licenses.
7. Agents must include complete "end-user" information with their subscriber information or order will not be processed.
