1. Who is eligible for an Individual Subscription?
Individual subscriptions are for personal use only, and limited to one user of the journal. Individuals may also have access to Health Affairs Online through an Institutional Subscription.
2. Will I receive a password? May I share my password with friends, or is use limited solely to me?
Yes, when you complete the subscription process, you will receive instructions on how to Activate your new subscription via a username and password.. However you are the only one licensed to use this password.
3. What if I forget my password?
We have instructions for what to do if you forget your username or your password. You may generate a new one at Health
Affairs
Subscriber Services.
4. How can
I tell if my institution has subscribed? How do I get my institution
to subscribe?
Your institution
has the choice of subscribing in print and online (bundled) or online
only. If your institution has an
online subscription, you will automatically have access to the tables
of contents, abstracts, full-text searching, full-text display, PDFs,
and Medline links. You'll also see a button at the top of the page confirming
you're signed in as part of an institution.

5. How can
I access Health Affairs Online if I am not a subscriber and I
don't have access through an institutional subscription?
You may wish to
wish to purchase an Individual print subscription which provides access
to the electronic version. Without a subscription you have access to
tables of contents, abstracts, and full-text searching (without full-text
viewing) at no cost and without having to register. You may also purchase
access to individual articles on a pay-per-view basis.
